You need the divx codec available from divx.com, otherwise you will just get audio.
Watching that really helps me see what some of my problems are. I brake really early, and let off the gas way too soon. Any other obvious poor racing technique that can be seen in that short clip? What is really important though is I beat the S-10 by something like 5 seconds.
