A 4-port 13B motor is most proper...

...but, any year 13B would do. IMHO, it is just plain wrong to 'downsize' to a 12A motor in the REPU. You might want to check out any of the reputable, long-term-in-biz. rotary engine builders. If you've got the $$$$, look into Racing Beat, as well as Atkins, not to mention the many others.

13b...

Welcome to enlightment!

You could go with a 6port 13b from an 86 RX-7 as well...
The front cover would need to come from your REPU through a GSL-SE.. but then you could go with a Dellorto, Holley or Weber Intake from Racing Beat.

Consult with a shop like Racingbeat, Pineapple Racing (The owner, Rob, owns a REPU), Mazdatrix, Atkins, Rotary Performance (Rx-7.com), Rotary Power USA, or any of the others I forgot...
