repu lost weight

well i took the REPU out for a a test drive today. she was runnin good as i remember. Even had to chirp second at a Ford Focus that was acting up.

Well while i was out i went to one of the hardware mega-marts and picked up a dog kennel. It wouldn't fit under the topper, so i went home and started taking it off. OMG that thing weighed 300-350 lbs. If i had known it was that heavy i'd have taken it off long ago. alot faster now.

But now i see why some of you are talking about LSDs. I had to get on the throttle to make a turn across traffic and broke the tires...i mean tire...loose. Even after i was straightened out, it spun all through first and well into second.

Right On!

It's good to hear some positive news!!! Now ya know... if your repu is running that good, try short-shifting first and flooring second...by the time you wind out second and hit third, you might run outta road! As to the topper--I won't run one...contemplated an aluminum one for a while...but I've even dropped my back bumper on my driver! Of course, a few hundred lbs. right over the rear end would be good, BUT... So glad you're having fun again!
