Feasability of front vented rotors: who is interested?

Considering doing a front vented rotor upgrade on REPU and am looking to see who would be interested and willing to buy. No definate prices or timeline, have not even taken my truck to the shop to prototype. In research phase but I did find a shop interested in the project.

I'm looking @ rotor diameters ranging from 9.8" - 10.75". Thickness ranging from .81" to 1.15". Approximate cost of $70.00 each.

Calipers are 2 or 4 piston, approximate cost of $130 each.

Pads around $90 for both front sets for the real good stuff.

Plus the R&D of adaptor plate to bolt to rotor and stock REPU hub, caliper bracket, braided line, aircraft quality hardware.

Rotors 10.75" or smaller would allow use of stock 14" rims.

So that's APPROXIMATELY $490 + the custom fabrication items.

Who would buy in?

I would be interested in the brake conversion. Try to get even larger diameter rotors for those of us that run 15-17" wheels.

That's another option but I am going to start off with < 11" rotors since that is what I personally need.

11.75" rotors would work with 15"+ rims.

Of course I'm interested...

...but at present, no funds to commit to this worthy endeavor. I'll keep it in mind!

Definitely interested! My REPU needs additional braking. I changed my rotors and pads on my Mx-6 to drilled/slotted type a couple of years ago and am very happy with the change.
Been wishing for the same thing on my REPU, and RX2 also.
